Doggone it! I just bot the Rokinon 7.5 used for $240! I still feel good about it and it is a very fun lens. Wish I’d know about saving 40 bucks, but timing is everything. I’ve got a few test shots of the Rokinon at http://www.flickr.com/photos/35742767@N04/sets/72157635105321490/ The first half are unprocessed just to see what shots would look like and the second half have levels set by PSE histogram and maybe a bit of punch in the color dept. The last shot of the tall (for my town) building from up close is the most interesting.

I think I spent $300, but even at that price, it is still an amazing deal, so I can’t (or shouldn’t) complain. I look forward to seeing the set grow Terry!
